Subject to compliance with these Terms, Your Own Magic gives users the ability to learn more about the podcast + other wellness services. Your Own Magic membership site gives user the ability to consume meditations, and other spiritual and wellness services. You agree that all transactions will be performed electronically and that the terms of the purchase of access to and use of any Services will be governed by these Terms.

Your Own Magic Member Terms

Upon the purchase of any Your Own Magic membership plan or other service, the purchaser agrees to follow Your Own Magic terms. We reserve the right to make changes to any of our content, terms, and policies at any time. As a user of the site you are agreeing to the current and future policies during your membership term. Your Own Magic will do our best to inform our users about any updates and adjustments. However, it may not always happen, therefore it is the responsibility of the user of the site to be aware. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service without written notice.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Upon purchase of the Gold membership, the purchaser is agreeing to pay a one-time non-refundable fee.

Upon purchase of the Pyrite membership, the purchaser is agreeing to pay a month-to-month non-refundable fee billed automatically each month on the same calendar date post purchase.

A Pyrite membership member may cancel their membership on their own at any time from their account settings.

BY ACCESSING ANY PART OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES AND/OR PURCHASING ACCESS TO ANY YOUR OWN MAGIC MEMBERSHIP, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE SO BOUND, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE OR ANY SERVICES.
